Based in Ballston Spa, New York, Bruce Potter has served as a consultant with Zionsville, Indiana’s Center for Collaborative Experience since 2025. In this role, Bruce Potter assists the organization with professional development initiatives that translate ongoing classroom research into real-world applications, focusing on practical, sustainable classroom improvements that affect measurable results. He provides leadership coaching services and helps the organization monitor the implementation of new practices.

Additionally, Bruce Potter co-authored Grading Visible Learners: Learning with Fluidity, Not Finality.
